ONLINE TERMS OF SALE

Please review these Terms of Sale carefully, as they govern your purchase of the products in your order (the "Products") from LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. ("LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C.") and set forth your rights and obligations concerning your purchases. These Terms of Sale govern all transactions, and by purchasing the Products, you agree that you have read and are legally bound by these Terms of Sale.

Additionally, LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C.’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are incorporated herein by reference and apply to your purchase.

Account and Ordering

  • Account Registration:
    An account is not required to shop on our website. However, if you prefer a faster and more efficient shopping experience, we recommend registering for an account with us. By creating an account, you will be able to store shipping and payment information for future use.

  • Accuracy of Information:
    Please ensure that your email address and other contact details are accurate when placing your order or creating an account. We will use the information you provide us to contact you about your order and for any related customer service purposes.

  • Order Confirmation:
    Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review all details before confirming your purchase.

  • Shipping Information:
    All orders ship from the United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear once the shipping label has been created and the tracking number assigned.

  • Order Status and Tracking:
    You can check the status of your order and view tracking information via your LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C.customer profile.

These Terms of Sale provide the framework for your purchases from LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please contact our customer support team.

No Prohibited Purchases

To place an order, you must be of legal age in your country of residence. You agree not to make any purchases or use or attempt to use the Products for any illegal, unlawful, or fraudulent purpose. Additionally, you agree not to transfer or otherwise provide the Products to any third party for any illegal, unlawful, or fraudulent purpose, or in violation of these Terms of Sale.

Sales to End Users Only

Purchases made through the LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. website or from any authorized retailers are intended for end-user customers only. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, any transfer, offer of sale, resale, or distribution to dealers, resellers, distributors, or any other third party is strictly prohibited. If we suspect that you are purchasing for resale or otherwise violating these Terms of Sale, LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. reserves the right to take any action, including but not limited to restricting sales to you, canceling your orders, and/or suspending or closing your account.

Payment Methods

LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. accepts various forms of payment, including:

  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. Gift Cards
  • Online Payment Services (e.g., Afterpay, Klarna, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal)

Some payment services may require you to create an account. If you use a credit card for a transaction, LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. may obtain a pre-approval for an amount up to the total order cost from the credit card company. Your credit card will be charged either at the time of purchase or when the order is shipped.

If using a LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. Gift Card, the amount will be deducted from the Gift Card balance at the time of purchase. If the transaction exceeds the balance available on the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.

Prices

Your total price includes:

  • The price of the Products in your order
  • Any applicable sales tax, value-added tax, or other required taxes
  • Shipping charges
  • Discounts (if applicable)

LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. reserves the right to adjust product prices at any time, without prior notice. We do not offer price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering after your purchase.

Shipping rates are determined based on the country to which the order will be delivered.

Prices are quoted in the local currency of the country you are purchasing from. If you change the country of delivery during checkout or while browsing, prices may be displayed in a different currency. Changes in currency or country-specific pricing may affect the total price. If your bank applies an exchange rate that differs from the one used at the time of purchase, this will be outside of our control.

This section of the Terms of Sale covers important policies about prohibited purchases, sales to end-users only, payment methods, and pricing. Ensure that you understand these terms before proceeding with any purchase from LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C.

Price Adjustments

  • LINEAR does not offer price adjustments. 

Canceled and Rejected Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or not accept your order at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Out of stock or unavailable products
  • Incorrect or unverifiable billing information
  • Security concerns (e.g., flagged for fraud)
  • Payment failure
  • Age restrictions (e.g., if you are under the legal age in your country)
  • Resale concerns
  • Pricing errors on our website
  • Undeliverable address
  • Violation of Terms of Sale

In these cases, we will notify you in writing of the cancellation, and our liability will be limited to refunding any payments received.

Promotions

From time to time, LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. may offer discounts, coupon codes, or other promotional offers (“Promo Offers”). These offers are subject to the following general terms:

  • Promo Offers are redeemable only for purchases made directly from LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C., such as through our website.
  • Promo Offers cannot be combined, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. They cannot be sold or exchanged and are limited to one per registered account..
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with Promo Offer Sales.
  • Promo Offers are typically limited time only and may expire at the earlier of:
    • The expiration date specified in the offer
    • Six (6) months from when the offer was first communicated
  • Promo Offers do not apply to prior sales or orders.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify Promo Offers at any time.
  • LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C.'s Terms of Sale and Terms of Use apply to Promo Offer Sales.
  • All Promo Offer Sales are subject to product availability.
  • Fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms may result in the cancellation of orders involving Promo Offers.
  • Returns on Promo Offer Sales: In the event of a return, LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. may issue a replacementrather than a refund. If a refund is issued, it will not exceed the amount paid for the item(s) under the Promo Offer.
  • Gift Cards are not eligible for use in Promo Offers.

LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. reserves the right to cancel any order involving fraudulent activity or misuse of Promo Offers.

Sales Tax

LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. website transactions will include applicable sales tax based on your delivery address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your transaction is completed. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect when your order was received will apply. You are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, and LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. has the right to collect any tax it believes it is obligated to collect.

LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. Gift Cards

LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. Gift Cards can only be used for transactions on our website. Sales tax will not be charged when a Gift Card is purchased, but will be charged when it is redeemed, based on the delivery address of the redeemer. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, and discounts or promo offers cannot be applied to Gift Card purchases. All sales of Gift Cards are final and non-refundable.

Shipping

  • Risk of Loss: Delivery will be made via common carrier from LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C.’s shipping point. You assume sole risk of loss or destruction to the Products during shipment.

  • Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If the products appear damaged, please do not accept the shipment.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you decide to return an item, unless the return is due to a Product defect. If a delivery is refused, the delivery and customs fees will be subtracted from any refund issued.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please follow these guidelines:

  • Returns & Exchanges: Please find our R&E Portal HERE.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Shoe boxes, packaging, and labeling must also be returned undamaged.
  • In-Store Purchases: Items purchased at a LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. retail location must be returned in-store or during the promotional event where purchased.
  • Non-returnable Items: E-gift and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Any product marked as “final sale” is also ineligible for return or exchange.
  • Compression base layers or underwear are non-returnable for hygienic and quality of resell reasons. 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is processed. Please allow up to 10 business daysfor your return to be processed.

Note: LINEAR CLOTHING L.L.C. is not responsible for items shipped back to us in error or for lost or damaged returns during transit.

How to Return & Exchange (US Only)

For orders within the US, we offer free returns and exchanges. To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email: Contact info@projectlinear.com.
  2. Upon approval, you’ll receive a prepaid return label or QR code (printerless option) along with return instructions.
  3. Returns will be processed within 10 business days after being received at our facility.

Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we reserve the right to issue a refund instead of an exchange.

Product Variations and Care

Minor differences in color and other variations may occur due to different image acquisition or display technologies. We are not responsible for such variations. Always follow the washing and care instructions on the product labels. We are not liable for any damage resulting from improper washing.

Limitations of Liability and Dispute Resolution

By placing an order, you agree that your purchase is subject to the limitations of liability and other terms in our Terms of Use. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than jury trials or class actions.

Mobile Terms of Service

The LINEAR mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by LINEAR (“LINEAR”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to LINEAR’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of LINEAR through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with LINEAR. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18662831134 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other LINEAR mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
