Easy Return & Exchange Policy

Introducing Checkout+

We now offer Checkout+ for all customers—opt in for just $2.98 at checkout to receive up to 3 FREE returns and exchanges.

This small fee helps us manage shipping and restocking costs, while ensuring we can continue to provide you with the highest level of service throughout the return and exchange process.

Prefer not to opt in? No problem—returns or exchanges without Checkout+ will incur a flat rate of $9.00 to help cover shipping and handling.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused merchandise purchased from projectlinear.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must include all original packaging, tags, and hangtags.

Defective or Faulty Items: If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Condition: Unless the item is defective, all products must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Online Purchases: Items purchased online must be returned through our website.

In-Store, retail  or Event Purchases: Items purchased at LINEAR partner retail locations or sponsorship events must be returned in-store or at the event where they were purchased. Proof of purchase (original receipt) and LINEAR tags are required.

Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Cards: E-gift and physical gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once we have received and processed your return. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date your return arrives at our facility. We will send a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Important Notes

LINEAR is not responsible for non-LINEAR items shipped to us in error or for lost/damaged returns during transit.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
